The weekends, for me, are the most difficult tracking times. Just an FYI to be on top of your game during those times.

Welcome! You will be back in no time. I had my ACL replaced and just yesterday ran 3 miles. Granted it took me longer because I was making excuses, but I am back in it now as you will be. emoticon
