I used to run with doubt. Now she can't keep up!

Over the past two years I have really packed on some weight. I have NEVER been this large. I always thought I was fat and needed to lose so much weight but looking back at those sizes I used to be, I would love to be that fat again!

My ultimate goal at this stage is just to be comfortable again. I am no longer able to move like I used to. I am uncomfortable when sleeping, etc. Trying to buy new clothes makes me cry. It is really embarrassing to find yourself crying in a dressing ...

It is also hard on friends who want to spend time with you and go places with you when you are not comfortable being out in public or do not want your picture taken, etc.

I hate that I am so consumed by my weight and how it seems to dictate my life now. I would like to live a healthy lifestyle and be comfortable in my own skin.

My Program:
I am using MonaVie RVL to help me get my eating on track (http://tinyurl.com/MonaVieRVL).

I am trying to get more exercise every chance I get. I am walking with a friend at lunch. I try to walk on a treadmill while I am doing my reading or if I am watching something on tv. I have also been doing random things throughout the day at work (i.e. 10 pushups off the counter while making copies or lunges down the hall to different offices or across the kitchen to the restroom, etc.). I figure every little thing helps.

I run three days a week and spin two days a week.

Completed Insanity.
Starting P90X as soon as it gets here.

Hey girl how are you, I saw your status and wanted to reach out. It seems a lot of us did really well for quite some time and then had a bit of a downfall...I'm just myself getting back in the game.
