Life Is Just a Chair of Bowlies

I'm feeling the effects of some long ago foolishness: Oh to be young, when we thought that every injury would heal! Decided that I should finally lose the last 20 lbs, and work my muscles to take the best advantage of what I've got. I'm pretty much there - but haven't lost anything for a month, now - looking to recommit and reenergize!
