My Journey

Over 2 years ago, I made this page on a late February night in the hopes of losing weight and being skinny. Throughout the long weeks of my weight fluctuating, I learned that I did want to lose weight, but I didn't want to be skinny, I wanted to be healthy. I have lost 65lbs and feel like I could take on the world. I want to everyone to know that it is possible to lose weight, but you have to be patient and be losing weight for the right reasons. My Goals:
1.) To finally feel good about me

2.)To not look in the mirror and want to look away

3.)To not worry about what my final weight is but to be happy when I get there

My Program:
1.) Eat less than 350 calories for each meal throughout the day

2.) Swim freestyle 2-3 days a week from 15-25min each time

3.) Walk 1-2 times a week

4.) Take every little bit of weight loss as success
