I want to lose weight but I knew I would need the help and support to do it. I just couldn't stay motivated for any length of time. I started reading the articles and realized that Spark People was a serious program and decided that I wanted to try their plan and I'm thrilled that I did. My friend and I have joined a local gym and made a commitment to each other to work out 5 days a week. I'm excited about the future now.

Welcome to the 55+ females team! Be sure to check out our message boards and our games and challenges. We try to have fun and, at the same time, support each other on the road to a healthy lifestyle. Also, be sure to "huddle" with us each day -- we're trying to see how many "huddlers" we get each day (and the comments in the huddles are inspirational.) Welcome to the team! glad you joined.
