Bottom line is Im done being fat girl, I want my body back I had when I married my wonderful husband!

my story goes something like this...I never had a problem with weight if anything growing up I was under weight. I got married to my husband when I was 18 (young I know, but there isn't a thing I would have done different). I started beauty school in the fall and slowley started adding the pounds. When I hit 190, I said I was done. I remember seeing a pic of a friend and myself and thinking I cant believe I let myself get like that. Around that time my husbands aunt started a support group in her basement and I joined and lost 20lbs in about 4 months. I wasn't thrilled at 170, but I was okay there. I stayed there for 2 years, until I got pregnant with my son. I gained 30lbs with him and then again slowly another 35lbs after he was born.

My Goals:
My main goal is just to be healthy and active. To be able to keep up with my son who is the light of my life! As far as a number, I have many. In the past I have just went straight for the big number my main, but this time I'm going in steps, pushing for more goals, smaller goals, working my way up to the big picture. So my first number to be within 10lbs of 200lbs by my birthday in Aug. My next are not on timeline yet ;) but 170lbs (this was my pre-baby weight) and then 150lbs. (my pre-marriage weight) Here we go!

My Program:
I would like to get back on Weight Watchers but it's just not in my pocket book right now. so I will try my hardest to use the system at home, and replacing my meeting group with Sparks :) Along with sticking to my "Don't be stupid" Chart, which tracks my water, exercise, food intake, and food cut off time

Other Information:
Looking for inspiring, motivating people to help along my journey

Thank you for commenting on my blog, sharing with me your story and encouraging me. It was so thoughtful of you. I agree we both can do it again. We just have to take baby steps and go with it.

Oh, I know what you mean, after the snow yesterday, I'm not sure if it'll ever get here, but I've heard it's supposed to be in the 50's soon....we can always hold onto that, right? But looking at 24 right now, and a high of 40...at least that's not snow weather.

I hope you have a great day, and remember, we're here in this path together and if you need anything, please ask, and I'll do what I can to help you out, after all, we are working on the same goal! Always remember to smile, it'll brighten everyone's day! emoticon
