Quilter living in central PA but I am a New England native. Working an hour from hom, directing a child care center, and finding the distance makes one more reason to put my own health at bottom of the things I prioritize.

Your SparkPage got pulled for me---probably because of the quilting. Congratulations on your weight loss. Hang in there! Love your pic of the hammock--hubby and I went to Cat Island, Bahamas in December. Still on island time!

Just dropping by to welcome you to the 55+ Females team! I enjoyed checking your page out and seeing the beautiful photos of the flower plantings, and the hammock overlooking the lake! I'm also intrigued by the 400/400/400. Is that 1200 cals per day divided into three meals? Maybe I should Google. Anyway, hope you will post an intro and join in the chat.
