Hey Becka! After spending the first two weeks losing and gaining the same pound I am finally making progress. -5.5 pounds, 2" in the waist and 1.5" in the hips! I'm thrilled and shocked. Today makes 3 weeks of at least 30 minutes of cardio and strength training every other day.
Not bad for a grandma! Give my boys hugs and kisses for me.

Hey, I'm pretty sure right now I would be type B. Ive been stuck at 135 for quit a while. This diet is going to be pretty rough for me, I'm not much of a veggie or fruit eater and was already told I wouldn't do good on this diet which makes me want to succeed even more. What's even harder is that I'm probably the biggest Taco Bell addict you will ever meet! I just hope to keep eating healthy once I loose the weight so I don't gain it back. The first day seems really roughh.. can't wait to get into cycle two. Oh and if you have any ideas on how to make the veggies tastier, let me know? thanks!
