I have always struggled with my weight. I lost 80 lbs about 5 years ago and was finally in a normal weight range for my height. Then I met my husband and put on 50 lbs in less than two years. I got pregnant with my daughter and gained an additional 80 lbs. Immeadiately after having her I dropped 30 but it was over a year before I started to lose more at which point I found out I was pregnant again. This time I worked out and watched what I ate and only gained 35 lbs. My highest weight was 270 and now three months later I have lost 60 lbs and am on my way to my goal weight of 130. This time I am determined to keep the weight off and maintain healthy habits. I am starting to think of this as a lifestyle change and not a diet.
