My Goals:
I am eating healthy, exercising, and now I have a "SparkCoach". I track everything, but to no avail!

My Program:
I ride a stationary bike, up to 50 inter now, while doing strength exercises for my upper upper arms. 23 different exercises at 40 reps. Hope to increase, but no weight loss!

Personal Information:
I am in the Rocky Mountains and would love to find someone in the same area to exercise, or do walks with.

Other Information:
I crew for hot air balloons, like auto biographies, and movies. Of course I like to spend time with friends at church, and playing board and card games.

I weigh myself and do all my measurements first thing on Monday mornings. That weigh I should not have any excess water weight or any other weight in my body. I have to show some results sometime!

I don't know what the equasion is but there are a ton of websites that will approximate your BMI by weight. The only other ways are calipers (like you said) or a water bath (most accurate). The weight you gained isn't a lot though... did you weigh yourself at the same time that you normally weigh in? Did you, uh, poop first? lol... or drink water before weighing yourself? Are you retaining water for any reason (lots of salty foods the day before?)... there are so many other factors that play into weight loss! Try taking your measurements and writing them down then do the same 30 days from now. :D Keep on keepin' on!!!

The best way to find smeone in your area is to look for a sparkteam in your area or an area close to you. Good lcuk on your journey

Check on line and see if your community or surrounding communities or towns have a home page. I know we do here where I am from and walks are usually posted there. Good luck on your journey!
