    I weigh myself and do all my measurements first thing on Monday mornings. That weigh I should not have any excess water weight or any other weight in my body. I have to show some results sometime!

    I don't know what the equasion is but there are a ton of websites that will approximate your BMI by weight. The only other ways are calipers (like you said) or a water bath (most accurate). The weight you gained isn't a lot though... did you weigh yourself at the same time that you normally weigh in? Did you, uh, poop first? lol... or drink water before weighing yourself? Are you retaining water for any reason (lots of salty foods the day before?)... there are so many other factors that play into weight loss! Try taking your measurements and writing them down then do the same 30 days from now. :D Keep on keepin' on!!!
