My Goals:
My current goal is to get down to 185 lbs by the end of year. A second goal of mine is to place in my age group in a race.

My Program:
I use the nutrition tracker on SparkPeople to manage and track what I eat and drink on a daily basis. I've become a passionate runner and I am up to about 40 miles a week now and compete in races regularly. I also cross train in the gym 2 or 3 times a week.

36 years old, live on Long Island, NY with my girlfriend.

It was OK. I beat last years time by 45 seconds. I didn't feel great during the race but I believe that is mostly because I did a huge workout the day before. I am really using the races this year more as speed workouts in my triathlon training. Thanks for asking!
