My Goals:
My current goal is to get down to 185 lbs by the end of year. A second goal of mine is to place in my age group in a race.

My Program:
I use the nutrition tracker on SparkPeople to manage and track what I eat and drink on a daily basis. I've become a passionate runner and I am up to about 40 miles a week now and compete in races regularly. I also cross train in the gym 2 or 3 times a week.

36 years old, live on Long Island, NY with my girlfriend.

I've been training in a wetsuit, so I imagine I'll do the race in one also. The water might be a lot warmer by then though, so maybe not, although I do like the extra bouyancy from the suit.

Will you swim in a wet suit? Excited for you to complete that distance! I will be doing a Quarter in September. 1000m swim,29bike,6.4 run. Looking forward to the challenge. Keep training smart. It is nice to see!! emoticon

My next tri is July 29th, my first Olympic distance event. Riverhead Rocks in Riverhead, NY.

I do that too with 5K's and sometimes 10k's.... it will pay off. When is your next tri?
