My Program:
Eating a healthier, more balanced diet by incorporating more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and lean protein. Exercise 4-5 days/week, including aerobic and strength training.
Personal Information:
I live in a great little town in PA called Kennett Square (near Philly). I am married and have three terrific grown children and one grandchild.
Other Information:
My favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends; boating; golfing; reading and cooking. My weight got out of control during peri-menopause. I have to get it together or I am afraid with my weight-related health problems, I might not live past 60.
