My Program:
Eating a healthier, more balanced diet by incorporating more whole grains, fruits, veggies, and lean protein. Exercise 4-5 days/week, including aerobic and strength training.

Personal Information:
I live in a great little town in PA called Kennett Square (near Philly). I am married and have three terrific grown children and one grandchild.

Other Information:
My favorite things to do are spending time with family and friends; boating; golfing; reading and cooking.

My weight got out of control during peri-menopause. I have to get it together or I am afraid with my weight-related health problems, I might not live past 60.

That's great to hear! Congratulations on your loss this week! I understand exactly what you mean. I kept getting on the scales, and getting the same reading to the exact 10th of a pound also. So, confused, I went to my visit my grandparents and got on a scale there. Automatically weighed in about 2 pounds lighter! I was like "well now!" haha. Then I kept getting on my scales all different times of the day and it wouldn't budge. So into the closet it went! LOL
