Getting Healthier One Step at a Time!

I just heard of sparkpeople through a friend of mine, and I decided to try it out. I'm ok with the way I look right now but I want to maintain my health, and maybe even build up some muscle.

I love running, especially on the treadmill. I admit I'm an indoorsy type person who doesn't like going outside much. I'm trying to change that though and explore nature more.

I love to watch TV, read, swim, and cheerlead. I'm pretty flexible and need to work on my strength ...
