Hello, I love feeling good, and when i work out no matter what it is, (in the gym, outdoor activities) it makes me feel good! I am now 44 and getting better and better. I love Crossfit, and enjoy the outdoors. I also love food which is why I am here. I eat good food for the most part, but i tend to binge. I use spark people to bring me balance with my eating, eat well, don't deprive, no binge......

Good Morning and Greetings from central Indiana!!! Greg here, and just stopping by to say HELLO. One of my short term goals is to visit as many of the SparkPages of members of the different teams that I am on. I try to visit one page per team per day (and, yes, I'm keeping track of the pages I visit; 90+ pages in the first month). You are my "SP's Weekend Survival Team" visit for today (& first of this week; I'm behind).

Great job on your SparkPage (esp. the background). I really like the SparkPages, and think setting one up is an important step; you have to think about what you want to present, and be willing to put it out there for the world to see/read. We need to see some more pictures.

Welcome to SP's Weekend Survival Team. My issue is portion control too. And why do we buy a bigger size when we start gaining weight?(Probably because we need something new for an event we are going to). We need to nip the gain as soon as our weight starts increasing. Hopefully it won't happen to us this time as we go on our journy to a healthier lifestyle.
