Hello, I love feeling good, and when i work out no matter what it is, (in the gym, outdoor activities) it makes me feel good! I am now 44 and getting better and better. I love Crossfit, and enjoy the outdoors. I also love food which is why I am here. I eat good food for the most part, but i tend to binge. I use spark people to bring me balance with my eating, eat well, don't deprive, no binge......

Hi Lisa! In that before and after pic, i did most of the work on my own. That was like 2 weeks using a trainer as i was about to get ready to compete. I wanted to get to my goal weight first and then go with a trainer to take it to the next level. I searched around, talked to others and saw who they used. Right now i'm bulking/gaining mass and using Team Scivation for that. They offer free programs if you are interested :) www.teamscivation.com
