My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share.

Increase my water intake. At least 8 glasses a day!


Eat fewer sweets, a hard one because I love to bake.

No evening snacks after dinner.

Walk at least 4X per week.


A minimum of 15 minutes of exercise per day, this is in addition to walking.

Take vitamins every day.



My Program:
My program is pretty basic with aerobic plus strength training.
I also look at how colorful my plate is when I eat. The more color the better!

Personal Information:
I live on the Canadian border in Northern New York on the St. Lawrence River near Lake Ontario. I don't live on the water but I am close enough to smell it!

Happy Sunday and first day of our Camp Wanabefit 2015 AND our 5% Challenge.

Yes, the cabins are different. Just grab a cabin and get settled. Not everyone will/does use one. I'm in Cabin 3 with Patricia and Darlene. You are more than welcome to bunk in whatever cabin you wish! emoticon
