I am trying to get back in my calorie range so I can start losing weight again. Too many little bites of "this and that" are killing my eating plan. I am exercising 4 days a week but, I need to get back to 6 days a week.
Only 12 weeks until summer!!! It's time to re-ignite that fire inside us and work for that weight loss! WooHoo!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
