Thank you for your comment on my blog, I'm glad you liked it! I don't advocate quitting caffeine to everyone because I do know there are benefits (and there are people like my mom who drink cup after cup and do just fine) but for people who are sensitive like me it feels like a game changer. I quit before in May, started coffee again maybe 6 weeks later and I noticed that literally a half cup made me feel jittery. I decided to quit again almost 2 weeks ago and the withdrawal was really hard the first day (migraine level) but the withdrawal didn't go on for 9 whole days like it did last time so that was a plus. I find it takes about a month or so to stop being sleepy all the time, and then things just start to feel really great!

I didn't know that thing about fruit either until recently and I found it interesting! I don't eat a lot of fruit because I don't care for most of it not being one generally drawn to sweet things, but I love apples like crazy! I think it's cause they're crisp like veggies and I like that. I just thought it was a neat thing to include, bloating is just the worst!

Hi! Thanks for commenting on my blog! You know, T25 isn't as scary as it looks. But it is tough, BUT THE GOOD THING IS....There's a MODIFIER, Tanya!! And she's awesome! When I get tired, I go to her and still finish the workout strong!!
