Hi! Thanks for commenting on my blog! You know, T25 isn't as scary as it looks. But it is tough, BUT THE GOOD THING IS....There's a MODIFIER, Tanya!! And she's awesome! When I get tired, I go to her and still finish the workout strong!!

If you're interested, give me a yell! I'm a Beachbody coach and they have great deals going on for the workout!!!

Thanks for the blog comments!

Insanity is a great program and a lot of work. I would highly recommend checking it out online (don't think there are workouts online, but I know that there are descriptions and such) before you purchase it. I know that I am REALLY glad I bought it and I love the workout. All of them, even the ones that I hate (even though I only hate how hard they are, and I still kind of love that!) OR there is a single disc you can buy (I have that too) it is called Insanity, Fast and Furious. You should be able to get that for $20 or less. It is a great workout and gives you a taste of the workouts.

I know that when I finish, I will be adding Insanity workouts to my regular routine from time to time. They are worth it.

Be Grateful for All of Life

With gratitude, all life appears as a blessing - without gratitude, all of life is perceived as a burden. Avoid the tendency to compare your life with the lives of others, with your idealized hopes for life, and with your own life when you were younger. Every moment of your life is a gift -- not something you are "entitled to" or something you "deserve." Practice zero-based gratitude. Zero-based gratitude is being grateful for everything in your life -- grateful that you woke up this morning, grateful that you have enough food to eat, grateful that you can walk and breathe and see.
Thank you so much for reading my blog, have a wonderful and awesome day.

Thank you so much for the blog comments. I really hope I get a nap (or early bedtime) as well!

I have a Fit Bit Zip, I totally love it. THey aren't perfect, but I really love turning those 4 goals (calories, steps, miles and active minutes) green. It keeps me moving!
