My current goal is to 1.continue to record my food every day, 2 drink 10 C of water daily, 3 to exercise and be more active daily 4 to weigh myself regularlyl
I take part in water aerobics 4-5 days a week, swim laps and walk until the weather clears for me to bike again. I'm hoping to snow shoe again too.
Getting stronger every day! I feel great! April '09 was the start of an incredible journey into losing the weight that was effecting my health. It's been a great journey that surprisingly enough, has shown me that I could do what I didn't believe I could! My family is proud of me and that means the world to me!
I was born in Billings, Montana and have lived here my entire life. I have been married to my very supportive husband, Bob for 33 years and we have 5 children and 3 grandchildren with 3 more on the way in 2011. I am a Christian and love serving in my church. I take care of elderly and love that profession.
