Two walks in one day! You are a "sneaky walker" aren't you? LOL! I read your tip for success and thought they were briliant. I can get an extra 4 minutes of walking in each time I heat up my lunch or my tea. yahoo! Also, I wanted to pass on to you that my Dr. Fabulous (I love him!) told me years ago that exercising twice in one day is so good for you because you're revving up your metabolism twice. I bet you'll leave a trail of lost pounds everywhere you go.
