My Goals:
Trying to loose 50 pounds to help lower B/P.

My Program:
I try to walk at least 5 miles a week and have just started a 1 hour cardio DVD workout. Have cut back on how much I eat and am trying to eat healthier.

Personal Information:
Married for almost 20 years and have a daughter and son. My dad had Type I diabetes and a slew of health issues. My mom has Type II and heart issues. I am trying to not follow in their footsteps so that if The Good Lord blesses us with Grandchildren I can keep up with and enjoy spending time with them.

Other Information:
I have had many struggles in live - some are probably minor to what others have faced - but I have learned to give it all back to God and leave it with Him. He has blessed me and my family so much since that has become our normal way of dealing with issues, problems, and just daily life.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Tae Bo is super fun... and it doesn't matter if you look dumb while doing it, especially if you're doing it in your living room. I just try to keep moving... if I can't get the arm/leg combinations right, I just do arms or legs. Tons of fun, can't wait to do it some more! I think you'll love it!
