I have gained and lost 65 pounds THREE TIMES over the last 3-4 years. This time I am going to shed the pounds. Along with the weight loss is going to come the girl that I have always been...optimistic, creative, quirky, confident and sooo loveable with a smile for everyone! Yep it's gonna happen.

I'm about to start the next chapter of my life as a small business owner and I don't want my weight to get in the way. I need to be focused personally as well as professionally and cannot afford to feel insecure as the stress becomes present.

My Goals:
Im starting at 195 pounds. My future goals are:

ULTIMATE Weight- 125 pounds

RUN half marathon


My Program:
My program is simple:

1) Diet: No carbs except for 5 grams a day, protein and fiber based diet. Fiber may need to be achieved using supplements.
2) Exercise: Training for a 10k
3) Relaxation: Try to get as close to 8 hours of sleep a night and RELAX and be PATIENT...life will kill me if not

Personal Information:
I have always been addicted to food and I am learning to control it day by day. I am going to stick to it and this time, reward myself for having done it. I am really curvy...think Khloe Karashian

Reasons for the weight loss:
1) Feel awesome in swimsuit
2) NOT being the fat friend, wife, singer
3) Wear all of my clothes that I used to fit into over the years...like last year

Other Information:
I am a singer but I have a full time job, a home bakery, a loving husband and an adorable chihuahua.
