I have struggled with my weight my entire life, I have always been active, but since I never watched what I ate I never really lost weight. In 2011 I embarked on a 1 year challenge to take the weight off and keep it off... I became a runner and a crossfitter and an athlete! I did great, the pounds fell off, but I also ended up with knee surgery and also became disabled for a non-physical issue the same year and lost 6 months of training and gained a lot of weight back. When I moved and found I was not welcome in my new town, the weight just piled back on and my motivation dropped, but I am finally back on my game and going strong.

Just read your post on the WOD thread and wanted to stop by and say that I hope you're feeling better!! Back issues are never easy to deal with, especially when they leave you flat out. Time and rest and you'll be back to finish that WOD before you know it!! Take care of you!!

As I was reflecting on March and my journey to radiant health, it was a month in introspection where I didn't reach out a lot to my SparkFriends to be as supportive as you have been to me. I hope you know how much I appreciate you in my life and on this journey. Your words and just stopping by my page helps me know I am not alone and I am very thankful to have you as my SparkFriend.

BLESSINGS, LOVE AND LIGHT TO YOU FOR APRIL!

Thanks for checking up on me. Good to hear from you. I was looking at your progress in your pictures...great job! I am still plugging away. I have a 5K race on April 14. My plan is to run the triple crown, three races held in my area during the year. Then I am continuing to work my way up to a 10K. Keep up the good work you are an inspiration! emoticon

Just wanted to check in. Sounds as though you're doing really well. I'm sure you don't always feel like it (who does?) but with everything you're dealing with, how you're doing is fantastic!
