Paul 2.0

I slowly peeling off the fat and starting to build muscle. I have found some solutions to deal with my depression with the goal to thrive rather than just survive. I have rescued stray cats and dogs (over 50) 9 cats have stayed with me.

I have been trying new activities and rebuilding my social network. Feel free to contact me if you are so inclined.

Out and proud as a gay man for 30 years!

My Goals:
I want to be lean and fit again. Regained my stamina to walk long distances up to 5 miles but aiming for 10-15 for hiking.

Wanting to explore more body/mind connections.

My Program:
Started walking daily outdoors around the city, body weight exercises, meditation and yoga too.

Rejoined Weight Watchers October 2010

A struggling beginner again in yoga and weights.

Looking for more activities that are fun and easy to fit in my schedule and abilities

Personal Information:
Work in Fort Washington and live in Center City Philadelphia. Welcome walking partners, I'm a 3-4 mile per hour walker.
Rescue cats/kittens in my spare time. Ask me if you need a friendly companion 2 or 4 legged.

Other Information:
I love my Mac, my kitties, and internet shopping.

Can't live without my ipod loaded with podcasts and audiobooks to keep me company while walking.

A nice and funny guy or so I've been told

Thanks for commenting on my blog! I am being careful with the clip of my Spark so it doesn't break. I am concerned about the Spark falling off and getting lost, so I purchased a leash for it off Amazon. I have a leash for my pedometer, also, which has saved my pedometer from becoming lost many times.

Hey thanks for cheering me on my activity feed. I am aiming to walk - but slowly this time. Reckon by posting it will keep me in line.
I also have depression as the backdrop to my life from childhood.
So many of us seem to work with this - blessings.
