I started P90x on Aug. 17th, 2009. Now I'm done with Round 1 (Nov 15th, 2009)! My wieght on the 1st of July was 186lbs, I dropped to 180 just from eating clean for 4 weeks, and have dropped to 157 with the addition of 90 days of P90X. My weight loss slowed even though I looked thinner each week because muscle weighs more by volume then fat. I felt great and couldn't wait to hit my target of 158lbs. I started at 21% body fat and ended the 90 days at around 11.5%. You ...

My weight loss slowed even though I looked thinner each week because muscle weighs more by volume then fat. I felt great and couldn't wait to hit my target of 158lbs. I started at 21% body fat and ended the 90 days at around 11.5%. You can diet the pounds away but it is faster more fun and healther in my book to do it along with excersise! I rate P90X at a "B+" to this point and highly suggest it to anyone that is serious about getting thier weight down fast! I'm not a BeachBody Coach, I don't get a dime for saying what I say and I'm happy to help anyone that is interested. Update: After nearly 3 rounds of P90X and two rounds of the Transformation Super Challenge I'm at 150 lbs and 10.2% body fat. Update: June 2011 Back in October of 2010 I became a Certified Trainer for Crossfit and in Jan of 2011 opened my own gym. I have sence put on some musle and weight 157 lbs at 11% bodyfat. My new goal is to get to 160 lbs but cut bodyfat back to 10.5 0r less. Crossfit is the funnest and fastes way to get FIT!
