Running For My Life

Hello! I'm Rin and I'm here to become a healthier me. I learned very poor health habits growing up and at 22 I've decided enough is enough. I'm getting married in a year so my long term goal is to be down to 160 pounds by our wedding (June 2012). I have a few short term goals though to try and keep everything in perspective. I'm getting married in a year so my long term goal is to be down to 160 pounds by our wedding (June 2012). I have a few short term goals though to try and keep everything in perspective. By the end of the summer I want to lose about 25, I want to make running a daily habit, and I want to complete a 5k next spring in 45 min (instead of the 58 it took me this year). I'm really inspired to become a runner. Even though I'm a heavy girl who has always hated sports, I've always loved running. I'm an avid knitter, reader, and I love clothes and make-up! I'm hoping to use these interests as rewards for reaching my new healthy goals.
