Time to Get Serious

I'm generally really active, but don't really think about food much and hate to cook for myself because I don't want to deal with leftovers.

I use this one, DIVEHORNE: http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/homemade-ranc
h-seasoning-mix/
I use a little extra dill, and no black pepper (I'm not a fan of pepper in any form).
I mix it with greek yogurt, and thin it with a little milk. You can substitute water for the milk too, without any major change in taste or texture.

I'm not sure I ever realized this before, but apparently you share a birthday with my oldest son! :D

I was so thankful we caught it before I ate anything! We were adding up calories, and Jason said it was Hill Country Fare imitation crab meat. I've had bad experiences with HCF - their plain white rice, for instance, is cross-contaminated, bizarrely! (the HEB-brand rice, on the other hand, is just fine) So immediately I thought, oh crap, what if this is cross-contaminated, and so I asked Jason if he thought we could be sure it was gf (thinking mostly about cross-contamination) and he said, "you know, I didn't think of that," and he went and checked, and voila, there was wheat as one of the main ingredients. I guess they use it as a thickener to make the crab look like it's read crab...
