Getting healthier...one day at a time!

I'm a 27 year old pediatric occupational therapist in TN. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, and after doing countless yo-yo diets I've decided to make a complete lifestyle change. I've always been athletic and known what I need to eat to be healthy, but now I've taken it to a new level.
My husband is my biggest support. He runs with me, goes to the gym with me, eats healthy with me, and encourages me everyday.

I'm trying my best! I did week 1 of the challenge and it was fine, then my birthday came up and I had some cake and cupcakes and now I'm thinking I might restart the whole challenge. I just want to do it right this time! I'm a real sugar addict and while I think it's fine to have everything in moderation, at the same time I just want to learn to cut way back on sugar and save it mostly for the special occasions only. Good luck with eliminating it from your diet as well! We can do this! :)
