My Life???

I am a mother of 2 children a son 17 and a daughter 15! They are very active in hockey and ringette,dance,soccer,baseball, and any other sport they can find! I work with special needs children in the daytime! I am looking to find some ENERGY to keep up with my children!!

Hi!! So glad you joined us in our Shuttlebug team!
We have so much fun on this team. We love to share our photos with each other and to comment on them.

Please check in the General Discussion section for the Photo Assignments.
Each assignment has complete directions in the very first post of the assignment which will be on page one, scroll to the bottom of the page.
We have a new one each week and they are a lot of fun. Sometimes they can be a challenge too!! You are welcome to add pictures to any of the assignments.

If you have any questions be sure and ask, either on a team or you are welcome to email me.
I will be looking forward to seeing your photos!!

Welcome to the emotional eaters team. You will get a lot of support, advice and encouragement here. Post us often. We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help. Check out my spark page. Maybe it will inspire you.

Welcome to the EE team!!

I’ve belonged to a lot of teams here on spark-- i really do believe that the Emotional Eaters team is one of the very best, it’s a great group of people- very supportive and encouraging-- and it is very refreshing to talk with people who "get" what you're going through!!

Check out the main page of the EE team- there are “stickied” topics you may be interested in to get involved- a buddy thread, a place to introduce yourself, weigh-in challenge, a birthday post.

Spark has a lot of great tools, and you will learn which ones work best for you. The best tools are the people tho, always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or a shoulder. I’ve been here for over a year now, and I still am overwhelmed, every day, by the kindness and goodness of others on this team!! That has made a world of difference for me. I hope you have the same success!
