My Goals:
I want to lose the 50 extra pounds that I have been carrying around for much too long.

My Program:
I am eating more vegetables and fruit, low fat meat, and sugar free snacks and beverages and drinking 1 & 2% milk. I am doing 10 minutes of aerobics at lunch time at work and sometimes 30 minutes when I get home from work. I plan to make that at least 5 times a week.


Personal Information:
I live in Memphis, Tennessee, I have three children: 2 grown sons and a 13 year old daughter. I am currently seperated from my husband of 19 years.

Other Information:
I enjoy going to church, reading, going out to dinner, to moviesand plays, watching television, shopping, and just relaxing with my family.
