IT'S MY TIME

I'm back down to the weight that I left off at back in 2008: 206 lbs. My workouts are going great, I'm seeing my body change which keeps me motivated, and I can't wait to see what this year brings for me as far as my fitness is concerned!

Starting over again...

I joined sparkpeople back in May of 2007 and over a course of a year I lost 60lbs...well it's now May 2010 and I gradually gained it all back...

My Goals:
1. Finally make my exit out of plus size clothing and never look back!
(Made it out....)


2. Remain healthy
(So far so good...)


3. Lose weight by exercising, eating a healthy, clean diet (80% of the time) and drinking plenty of water.
(Its working..)

4. Return to running
(I am back!!!)

5. Create a feminine/muscular physique

6. Run a race before the end of 2012

7. Enter maintenence mode by end of 2012




My Program:
As of 08/2012:

Cardio 5-6 days a week consisting of outside and treadmill running as well as some body weight exercises.

Strength training 2-3 days a week using free weights as well as exercise dvds

I am eating a mostly clean diet to lose weight as well as drinking plenty of water and getting adequate rest.

Hey! I saw your story while searching for the "lost 60 lbs award." this is also my second time around. I lost 84 lbs in 2007 and gained most of it back. I am back at it and have lost 60 lbs-- walking 3-4x a day for 30-50 mins. In Dec. I joined blackgirlsrun and I am loving the journey from walking to running.
