Thank-you so very much! I'm making sure to not push myself too far. I'm on the same diet/workout routine I was a year ago and had great success, but then got distracted from my goals with wedding planning. But I'm back at it and never giving it up again, because of how great it's making me feel! I'm sticking with 45 minutes daily for a little while, before I go up to an hour. Again, thank-you! Take care!
