My names Janet I'm 21 years old and have two wonderful boys who are 5 and 3. I started gaining weight at the end of elementary and was fat all through middle school. The summer between middle school and high school i started losing weight until i was my smallest at 130 which i loved! I got pregnant when i was 15, i didn't gain much weight during pregnancy, you could barely even tell i was pregnant. I got pregnant when i was 15, i didn't gain much weight during pregnancy, you could barely even tell i was pregnant. After i had my son i lost almost all my weight when i found out i was pregnant with my second one! Now my youngest is almost 4 and i haven't lost any of the weight! I want to feel good about myself again and have more energy for my kids. My mom and I have decided to lose weight together so we can help support each other since we both tend to lose motivation really easy! I'm hoping to reach my goal by summer of 2012 or maybe sooner! Any advice, motivation, or just a hello would be great encouragement! STARTING weight: 170 GOAL weight: 130 - 135 REWARDS: 10 pounds: month membership for tanning. 20 pounds: new outfit 30 pounds: manicure and pedicure 40 pounds: spa day, new outfit ~*~NOVEMBER 09 ~*~ Week 1 ~~11/20/09: 167 Week 2 ~~11/27/09: 168.8 (gained 1.8 lbs thanks to thanksgiving :) and now i got left overs i cant let go to waste gotta step it up next week) Total loss: gained 1.8 :( it will be better next month!!! :) ---------------------------------------- ------ ~*~DECEMBER 09~*~ Week 3 ~~12/04/09: 168.6 ( .2 lost disappointed! i worked out this past week! ) :( Week 4 ~~12/11/09: 165.8 down 2.8 lbs!!! yay!!! Week 5 ~~12/18/09: 164.6 down 1.2lbs!! (shocked i ate one to many Christmas cookies this week!) Week 6 ~~12/25/09: Didn't get to weigh myself since i was away on vacation but i weighed when i got home and i was 164.6 didnt lose anything but glad didn't gain anything after all the stuff i ate! Total loss: 4lbs!!! 6 lbs lost since i started! ---------------------------------------- ------ NEW YEAR NEW ME!!!! 2010 ~*~ JANUARY 2010~*~ Week 07 ~ 01/01/10: 164.0 a whole whopping .6 down lol gotta get back into it this week!!! Week 08 ~ 01/08/10: 163.6 down .4 Week 09 ~ 01/15/10: 163.4 down .2 Week 10 ~ 01/22/10: 163.0 down .4 errrrrr Week 11 ~ 01/29/10: 162.4 down .6 not happy but at least I'm losing right? Total loss: 2.2lbs.. Not a good month hopefully next's months will be better!!! 7.6 lbs lost since i started! ---------------------------------------- --------------------- ---------------------------------------- ---------------- Been awhile since I been on working 2 jobs and in and out of the hospital and trying to move!!! My Goals:
~~To be able to run again without stopping every 5 mins. ~~ Fit into my old favorite jeans (and maybe have them become my baggy jeans lol). ~~ Feel better about myself. ~~ Have more energy for my two boys and teach them how to live a health life! ~~ Be able to wear a bikini by summer 2010 and not try to cover up! ~~ Look my best when i get married!
My Program:
~*~Plan my meals for the day ahead of time so i can make sure i stay within my calories! ~*~ I carry a water bottle with me every where to make sure i get enough water ever day ~*~ I exercise daily taking 2 days off a week to give my body a rest! ~*~ I walk everyday! ~*~ Play racquetball, and go rollerblading when i can! ~*~ When i count my calories for the day i leave a lil room for something extra if I'm having a craving for something that day! ~*~ When i feel hungry but i know its just cause I'm bored or upset i chew on a piece of gum or do something to get my mind off of it! ~*~ When i go to the store i don't try and find a close parking spot.. i park towards the back so i get a lil more exercise in! (everything adds up!!!) ~*~ I drink a glass of hot lemon water every morning!! ~*~ Count calories, carbs, protein, and sodium! ~*~ Weigh every Friday morning! ---------------------------

My names Janet i live in fl with my two wonderful boys, Riley is 3 and Ayden who is 1. I'm a License nail tech and a cna and hope to go back to school for RN! I'm engaged to a wonderful guy and cant wait to get married! I love the outdoors and meeting new people!
