Compassion, simplicity, patience

Last year I was diagnosed with type II diabetes. I joined Spark People and lost thirty five pounds. I thought that I had the routines well established so I stopped tracking. I gained back 5 pounds in short order so I'm back.

I do an hour and a half of strength training 3 days a week and Nordic walk 10k 3 days. I follow the dash diet and watch the Glycemic Index of foods I prepare. I eat at home
