My Goals:

Ok my goals have changed since I was on last Ihave started a new eating plan and my aim for the rest of the month is to release a kilo a week and walk 10,000 steps s day and three days a week of sculpting and toning

My Program:
I eat 5 to 6 meals a day I eat NO salt or OILS I try to exercise five days a week that is walking and I do resistance bands three days a week or I use a pilates machine

I have to say that I love that you called your Treadmill "Fred"... that is an awesome name. I have one of those Vibration Plate machines... his name is Charlie ;)

emoticon Thank you for the welcome yes I have dropped my cholesterol a lot but am on medication as well I still have to lower it a lot I will have to look into cinnamon tabs I have never heard of them I do occasionally take fish oil tabs but they are soo dear and when ya on a limited budget it is hard to get extras
