Here today and want to be here tommorow....

Hello,I am a new but old member of Sparkpeople. I actually joined in 2011 but I went undergroud, hiatus..blah blah, in reality I gained all the weight I lost back except for 3 lbs. I finally got sick of myself and a little depressed. I am on a mission for a change in my life and have become serious because I reached my breaking point. There is a life out there to live and I am gonna be here to see it, feel it and breathe it.

My Program:
Breakfast: Carnation breakfast, or 2 boiled eggs and a cup of coffee, or raisin bran or special k with skim milk.
Lunch: Salad with or without grilled chicken, a steamed vegetable or 2
Dinner: Salad or fish, chicken on my George Foreman grill, I use the George Foreman for most of my meats.If I am not at home then I just play it safe and eat a salad or get a grilled chicken burger and take the bread off. For snack: Banana, or fat free yogurt, sometimes I will eat a few cookies but I don't go over board.

I am a c25k user
I also do bootcamp workouts
Weight are not my favorite but I have purchased some along with a band, I am currently using this for toning.

That seems like a lot of H2O, doesn't it? I don't know if it's true but I guess it couldn't hurt to try it. If you're working out vigorously, you'll be sweating and will need to be replenishing some of that water. Good luck with it and let me know if it makes a difference!

Hey Diva, Thanks for the comment on my blog. I'm a pusher, and sometimes the pushing can get light. I have to remind myself daily on why I'm in this and what I'm in this for.. And that's health and better doctor visit reports.. You rock.... I had to get that one out in the open.. Keep on pushing forward.. You look great!
