Hello :) My name is Rachel. I am a mommy to two beautiful daughters, a wife to a wonderful man and I love my life! I'd love it more if I didn't have the extra weight I am carrying around. I am a registered nurse and love to take care of people, but I am not very good at taking care of myself. I have set a goal to lose 100 pounds in one year. I do not know if that is a realistic goal, but that is what I am striving for. I find it easier to set mini-goal and reward myself when I reach them.

My Program:
I am not following any specific program for the reason that I find them ALL hard to stick with. I am simply making healthier food choices, staying within my calorie range, drinking more water, and being as active as possible.
