It's a new year and I am proud of the progress I made last year even though I have backtracked some. If I can maintain focus I know I can double my weight loss this year! New goals are to run a 5k and hit that 100 mile ride by September!

You're so right! I should not let my weight get in the way of what I want to do. I almost said no to a tropical vacation this winter because of just that... yourself and a few others have nailed it on the head.

Don't let your weight control you.

Thank you for adding me as a spark friend! You look like you're on the right track with 50lbs lost!!! emoticon emoticon

I see you like to ride... that is a goal of mine to one day ride the bike I bought myself a few years ago now, without feeling silly on it. I know... I know... I just need to do it! So, with that in mind, I will be doing it once the warmer weather arrives in 2013! (I'm in training... aka treadmill and weights and weight loss emoticon )
