Needing Motivation

I saw that you posted that you need support. I'm hear for ya if you need to chat or some cheering. You can do it, let me tell ya, I was pretty depressed becuase I went on vacation a few weeks ago and put on 10 pounds! But....I have taken 9 off...it's no easy task, but we can do this. We are worth it, we are in control, not the food. Keep you chin up and keep on trucking even if it's baby steps. -Billie
