My Goals:
i want to move past this plateau and drop another 20 lbs, and to run my first half marathon in october 2011.

My Program:
i track my calories daily (although i don't do so well at staying under my goal!) and have upped my workouts to doing SOMETHING every day, even if it's just some crunches or going for a walk. i try to burn over 500 calories 3 days a week. and i've got a pic of myself crossing the finish line of my first 10K on the fridge along with my reward schedule.

Personal Information:
i'm suz, i love my boys, my ponies, my little farm and quiet unstructured solitary time. i love to read, to noodle around on the internet and to cook. i'm trying to learn how to knit, but find it incredibly frustrating and stressful. i should probably read instead.

Other Information:
