Me and my Honda CRF250X. Lets ride!
Me and my Lipizzan mare, Traga. Dressage is our game!
This is our little log cabin home, Dec. '07.
Horses are my passion. I ride and train horses for dressage and competitive driving. For other recreation I ride dirt bikes with my husband. I love working on my small farm. All these activities take serious energy, discipline, and fitness.
My goal is to become more physically fit and competitive, and to be a better person in every part of my life.
Peace, and welcome.~ RiderX
My greatest goal is simply to be happy and a force for good in the world. Staying active physically is very important to me.
My goal is to stay as physically fit as I can, and not obsess so much about the numbers, because with my activity level I need to eat more then most people and I trust my body and mind to guide me.
When I am at my most physically fit, I am around 150 pounds. Being a certain weight is not my goal in itself, but I see it as a by-product of my other goal. So I don't get focused on the scale, the calories, the fat....
I ride and train dressage and driving horses almost daily, unless I am getting particularly tired or sore. I try to ride my bike two times a week if the weather permits. I ride my dirt bike when I can, but it really isn't part of my regular workout regimine. I need to be fit to ride though.
I have started lifting weights 3xs week, and cardio 3. Rest one day. If I have worked particularily hard on a day - I will abandon my work out regimine. My job is very physically demanding and I get lots of strength and cardio during a regular day. My goal is to eat clean, and not be too obsessive about calories and forbidden foods - because I have found that is a negative thing for me. I try to take a balanced approach to eating, not ever going overboard, but enjoying things moderatly with my health in mind. I try to never forbid anything - but avoid several things most of the time.
In the future I intend to become more strict about my fitness - but for now I am retraining my mind and deve
I live in the pacific northwest, in the beautiful state of Washington.
I am married to a wonderful man and have no children. We live in a wooded rural area in a cute little log cabin on 20 acres with our barns, horses, dogs, and cats. I am a catholic girl who tries her best but has ups-and-downs in my religious life. Politically, I am a libertarian, big and small "L". I love the outdoors, the forest, hard rock music, Metallica, sushi excursions with my girls, good wine, laughter, NASCAR, and horses, horses, horses!

Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out"

You sound like my kind of girl. I also ride Dressage but would love to get back into Eventing but only lower levels on that. I love to ride bikes and hope to someday get one of my own but since it is just me and my horses it will be a while. My father and I go to the Nascar race every year at the Kansas Speedway and I can't wait until October for this years.
Hope you have a great day and look forward to talking to you!

Hey there, just checking in. How are you doing?
I'm almost done with my second time through the New You program. I can't believe how much stronger I feel. I had a tough ride on my mare on Monday but I still had plenty of energy to do a training ride for one of my clients afterward. It was great!
