Getting it off and Keeping it off!

I was down to a size 8, 135lbs in the summer of 05, have skyrocketed up to 172 and am misserable, really want to loose that weight again, but with a family now, and a new job, things are a bit tougher!

My Goals:
Increase fitness level, develop a healthy lifestyle to be passed on to my daughter, increas muscle tone, feel great for my wedding!

My Program:
Follow the spark people diet suggestions between 1100-1200 calories per day...in home exercises 5x per week (carmen electra and cindy crawford...what I had on hand) interval training on treadmill 3x per week, and other activities such as bike riding and playing with my daughter

Personal Information:
Currently a teacher of 7th and 8th grade reading in Maryland on the eastern shore.

Other Information:
Failing to prepare is preparing for failure.

Hi,
I started off at 172lbs and never thought I would lose weight but here I am 159lbs now with the support of sparks I ACTUALLY stayed positive for once and Im looking forward to reaching my goal of 120lbs ;)
