I'm almost 60 and don't want to be Obese (thank you, BMI) anymore. I know I'm overweight, though I can't imagine myself being ever reaching the BMI "ideal" for my heigth of 145 (haven't been that since 4th grade?). I am now 199 pounds, down from 208, but far from my goal of 160. In addition, getting in better shape physically and mentally is a priority.

Saw that you asked for support. Have you hit a plateau? they can be frustrating if you have. Let me know what seems to be the problem and maybe I can suggest something.

Saw you huddle on the Spakers of the Seattle Area team, I hope you'll come in and start posting as well. Paul and I are working on revamping the team (as you can see with the name & the different threads). If you could at least stop in and reintroduce yourself we'd really appreciate it!
