During the summer of 2011, I lost 62.2 pounds. Then, I let myself go again and I gained 63 of it back. It is as if I can't control myself. It is not the quanity of the food I was eating. It was the quality. And, the quality caused calories to really stack up. I have lost 44.8 pounds since January. But. I am seeing myself slipping back into old habits
