I'm 25 and from New Jersey, trying to lose weight for about a gazillion reasons. The first reason, though, is for me! I love loving how I look, and I love loving how I feel, and I wouldn't be able to love any of that if I didn't make smart and healthy choices for myself.

My Goals:
I''m tired of being doughy! I want to lose weight, I want to get stronger, I want to feel confident, and I want to get excited about shopping for clothes. I do NOT want to become a stick figure. I''m a woman, and I have the hips and boobs to prove it. I''m curvy and feminine and I never want to be so thin as to lose that! The most important thing for me is to deal with my emotional eating and cut out the snacks. I need to learn self-control and take responsibility for my choices and my mistakes.
My Program:
I''m rounding out my diet, making sure I eat enough fresh produce and stick to whole grains. I''m making sure I get enough fiber, as well as tracking my calcium, folate, and potassium intake. Even when I mess up and eat too much or eat something that''s not healthy, I''m not going to lie about it! I''m going to put it in the program so I can see in hard numbers how much damage my goof did and what I can do to make up for it.
