I WANT to set-up a reward system for myself. As of yesterday (last time I weighed myself) November 29, 2011 I weight 281lbs, with that said. I would like to weigh 254lbs by February 2012.

Time to Re-Set my Goals

-Run a 5k

-Run in a 5k race before or in July 2011

-Wear my old pair of size 18 jeans that are currently on my closet floor.

-Walk the stairs in my office bldgl. during lunch.

-Say 5 positive things about myself to myself everyday.

-Focus on the fact that things have already started to get better, forget the "they will" life has gotten better.

-RUN, RUN, and RUN some more...I used to love jogging. I think once you do it on a consistent basis for so long it's kind of hard to let it go...it's been calling me back for quite some time.

-Love Myself First, constantly reminding myself why I'm so in love with ME!

It was probably around 10-12 weeks post baby that I got back into my routine....and I listened to my body....it seems to take forever to get back to normal after a c-section so do what you can do without pushing it...you dont want to end up worse off and not be able to do anything for a long time....so I suggest 10-12 weeks but dont jump in with both feet...just tread the waters and see what your body is ready for...I started walking right away as soon as it wasn't crazy painful....so walk walk walk until you can add the other stuff later on!!! Congrats and good luck!!!
