If you are looking for 20 minutes of no impact exercise, try classical stretch. My PBS channels show it and in 22 minutes you'll work up a sweat! It combines Tai chi,yoga,ballet and Pilates. I've done it for 8 weeks and my waist is smaller,legs are less jiggly, biceps are getting bigger and bra band is looser!
