My Goals:
1/4/09 - Today I started Coach Nicole's Boot Camp. My wgt. this morning was 157. I am not in great shape, but I got thru the workout video.
My goal by the end of the 4 weeks is to feel stronger and firmer as well as down at least 5-8 lbs.
My Program:
exercise at lest 5 days per week, hopefully 6. Changing my eating habits.
Personal Information:
I am originally from the New York area, have lived in So. Floridasince the end of 1984. I have two grown/married children. Daughter and family live in Dallas area. Son and family live 10 minutes away.
I work full time - I am in Insurance Sales, specializing in Long Term Care Insurance among others.
Other Information:
I enjoy movies, theatre, concerts, love to read, and do needlework. I work full time in Sales and keep very busy. My office is in my home.
